An exciting new opportunity exists for an experienced BCM specialist to join the well regarded Risk and Compliance team at AMP.  As the AMP Business Continuity Analyst for the Product Manufacturing business unit, you will work closely with the BCM Manager to deliver the AMP Business Continuity model.  You will be responsible for project managing Business Continuity Plans and working closely with Business Managers to conduct regular gap analysis reviews and implement the BCM Education and Awareness Program.  As the champion of BCM, you will coordinate business recovery tests and raise awareness of the AMP Business Continuity Framework and tools.  Using your strong analytical and consultation skills you will act as a change manager to ensure that AMP achieves best practice in BCM.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate exceptional relationship management capability and influencing skills.  Additionally you will possess:

·         Strong skills in the analysis of Business Continuity risk.

·         Proven capability in project management and delivering to deadlines.

·         Experience supporting and implementing all aspects of BCM frameworks.

·         Confident in presenting to all levels of the organisation.

·         Results driven with tenacity to deliver outcomes in challenging circumstances.

·         Proven experience in BCM and Risk Management.

·         Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline.

·         BCM certification is desirable.
